Rawang Bypass

Project Profile

Rawang Bypass project is being built to enhance the Level of Service of the current Federal Route 1 ( towards Rawang Town ) and Rawang Town with minimum social impact and minimal disturbance to the environment. It is also to reduce the traveling time from Serendah to Kuala Lumpur from two hours to thirty minutes during peak hours and to spur the economies of Rawang, Serendah.

Scope of Work

A wide range of Moment® JoinTec and Spearline Couplers have been supplied to the construction of this major highway project. PC Strands and Plastic Wheel Spacers have also been supplied to this development.

Duke Highway

Project Profile

Duke Highway is the main expressway network in Klang Valley, Malaysia. The 18 km expressway connects New Klang Valley Expressway’s Jalan Duta Interchange to Taman Hillview Interchange on Kuala Lumpur Middle Ring Road 2 in Ulu Klang. In addition to improving connectivity, Duke Highway disperses traffic from the city to the suburban range through several routes in and out of several branches of the main intersection.

Scope of Work

A comprehensive post tensioning system has been contributed to this mixed development. The items comprise of Anchor Blocks, Round Castings, Barrels and Wedges, Slab Castings, Trumpets, Round and Flat Ducts.

Apart from post tensioning system, a wide range of Moment® Bargrip Couplers have also been supplied to this highway development.

East Coast Expressway (Phase 2)

Penang Second Bridge

Project Profile

Penang Second Bridge is a dual carriage way toll bridge in Penang, Malaysia. It connects Bandar Cassia (Batu Kawan) in Seberang Perai on mainland Peninsular Malaysia with Batu Maung on Penang Island. It is the second bridge to link the island to the mainland after the first Penang Bridge. The total length of the bridge is 24 km with length over water at 16.9 km , making it the longest bridge in Malaysia and the longest in Southeast Asia.

Sentosa Broadwalk

Sentosa Boardwalk in Singapore is built on a new structure above the sea with an overall length of 670 metres to connect VivoCity and Resorts World Sentosa. The boardwalk mainly serves and links the pedestrian flow from the two mega commercial developments, with a built-up area of approximately 16,400 sqm and travelators with shelters and canopies.

Metro Manila Skyway Extension Stage 3

The Metro Manila Skyway is the first fully grade highway in the Philippines. It is one of the longest flyovers in the world with a total length of 31.2 km. With the completion of the Skyway Extension Stage 3, the elevated expressway connects to the North Luzon Expressway in Quezon City and help to reduce the travel time between Manila and the Clark International Airport in Pampanga.
